Like BBQ?

PF......I lived near GReenville SC for a few years. I love the mustard based "Carolina" bbq you could get there. I believe Wise's BBQ between Joanna and Newberry was the best in the area. Piggy Park BBQ sauce is what we always used when cooking ourselves. Damn, I could go for some right now.

Though I live in Tampa, and have been and lived all over the USA, I must say the BEST BBQ is in Detroit
Here is why. Detroit has great jobs in the auto factories. Many come up from the south to work in the auto factories, and bring their great BBQ skills with them !
Most Pork sold in Michigan is corn fed, and that, combined with the skill of the folks originally from down South, makes for great BBQ.

Memphis probably had the best I have ever eaten next to Chef Red's that is! I spent two years in Memphis and there was this place not far from the office with the families last name, but I cannot remember it??? It was 3 brothers who all were around 300 lbs. a piece. It was the best! The place was always packed.

'First Choice' is a great bbq place in brandon. 10113 Adamo Drive (SR 60), near the i75 intersection. great food, and the people who work their are tons of fun too

They USED to be good, until they started taking shortcuts, and pre boiling their Ribs!
